A consultation request can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, goals, services of interest, meeting preference, appointment time and, for a visit, your business address. Website chat can include your name, email address and messages. If you communicate with us by email or become a client, we also keep the information needed to manage that conversation and work.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, assess your enquiry, arrange and manage a consultation, provide requested services, maintain business records, protect the website and improve our process. A consultation request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you receive a marketing email, the message provides a way to unsubscribe. When email engagement tracking is enabled, a message may use a small tracking image and tracked links to estimate whether it was opened and which links were selected. We use those signals to understand interest and schedule relevant follow-ups. Email systems do not tell us whether a message was read halfway or fully.
Systems and service providers
Enquiries and chat messages are stored for the New Marketing Revolution owner to review. When configured, our email provider can deliver notifications and replies, Zoom can create an online meeting, and Google Calendar can check availability and create a calendar event. Our website host, external font service and map tile provider may receive ordinary technical information such as an IP address, browser details and request time. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage to keep an owner signed in, associate a visitor with their chat and remember whether the virtual host was minimized. We do not currently use advertising tracking pixels on this website. Your browser controls can remove stored data, although doing so may reset your chat or site preferences.
Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, business records, security and applicable legal requirements. Access to the owner workspace is restricted by an owner account. Session cookies are protected from script access, administrative requests are same-origin, and saved integration credentials are encrypted. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and questions
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent where it applies, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required.
